THE CHALLENGE
As the real estate agency for Edifício Atlantis, Becole sought
Maxideia to produce a specific set of promotional materials for
this all-new residential complex. Simple yet eye-catching
visuals, effective prospect engagement and rapid turnaround were
key requirements for this project.
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Upon assessing the project, Maxideia designed a short-term
streamlined strategy based on four materials combining print and
digital media. The proposal included a full production pipeline,
from initial conception to final mass production (for print
media) and online deployment (for digital media).
EXECUÇÃO DA PROPOSTA
Logotype
The design approach for the full set of materials would
need to branch out from the key conception of the Edifício
Atlantis logo. A highly stylised green-on-black design was
chosen, inspired by architect Manuel Varela's own structural
work on the building. Pairing high-contrast green with an urban
outline as an echo of balance between city and nature was met
with the client's instant approval.
Promotional materials
A large-size banner and a 2-page brochure were prepared
by Maxideia as the main print materials for this project, with
virtually all picture elements being produced by Maxideia's own
photography department. An on-location photo shoot was set up at
Edifício Atlantis in order to obtain the highest-quality
pictures from any angle for later composition and processing.

After individual image perusal, Maxideia composited each
selected picture into the final brochure and banner design
approved by Becole.

Becole also
requested custom showcase floor plans, a task which Maxideia
quickly undertook abiding closely to Edifício Atlantis' sample
flat guidelines.

The final, mass-produced print version of all materials was
handled by Maxideia.
Promotional micro-site
In order to promote Edifício Atlantis on the digital world, Maxideia
designed and implemented a prospect-driven micro-site.
A modern, streamlined look was decided upon, with selected
photos by Maxideia showcasing Edifício Atlantis' interior
design.

THE RESULT
The entire set of digital and print media elements were designed,
developed and mass-produced by Maxideia under the tight deadline
set by Becole. Upon deployment and production, Becole
experienced an overwhelming response from prospective buyers in
less than two weeks, with more than half of them converting into
successful estate sales.
